ADA Compliance

Americans are becoming more aware of their online presence, and the need for their website to meet Americans with Disabilities Act compliance (ADA).

What does this mean?

Is my website ADA compliant?

ADA compliance means that your website is as accessible as possible to Americans with a range of disabilities. Some examples of these disabilities include: someone with visual impairments or hearing loss. If your website is not ADA compliant then you could be leaving yourself and business vulnerable for lawsuits!

Is ADA compliance essential for my website?

The answer to this question is no, because it’s not at all clear how or even if ADA rules will be applied to any particular website. It is however, a good idea to be on the side of caution because accessibility- related lawsuits have skyrocketed recently and plaintiffs have been more successful with these suits than ever before.
